New ENUM Standards Published

RFC 6116, RFC 6117 and RFC 6118 have just been published. These document define the new standards for ENUM. From now on it is much simpler to register new Enumservices with IANA.

As lead author and ENUM WG chair Bernie Höneisen, founder and owner of ucom.ch, has substantially contributed to the success of these series.
